Custom finishes can include your choice of cabinets, plumbing fixtures, appliances, roof designs and floor coverings. The work is done at a fixed price in half the time it would take to build on site, and, its guaranteed not to have any wet materials when built.

After the factory portion of construction is complete the building modules are then delivered to the site where Shelter's construction division completes the installation of the modules onto the foundation. Thereafter the: roof is installed; patio areas are added; site services are connected and checked; landscaping and paving is completed; and, the keys are delivered to you at the front door.
